      Company cares about people and work-life balance is a serious thing here. Managers are also super-supportive. Great "work from anywhere policy".

      The food is super Dutch.

      Cons

      Lacking global cohesion and structure. Committees are formed for even basic decision making, leading the long, inefficient processes. Leadership is very disconnected. Below market compensation.
