Cons

-Limited or no opportunities for career growth. -A lack of motivation among many employees. -An atmosphere of fear, where workers are reluctant to speak openly about current issues. -The company is being dismantled piece by piece: constant migrations, endless refactoring, and repeatedly "reinventing the wheel."
