Pros

- Accenture has many areas you can grow/learn a career in technology, with many managers that are willing to help you reach your goals. - Pay is decent for new grad from college, or an established professional. - Many job openings and opportunities to work at lots of Fortune 500 companies.

Cons

- Clients can be very demanding with excessive work on short timelines. - The idea of working for a company "Accenture" but needing to find a job "Client" is strange and challenging. - Management only care about their career advancements, so they push unrealistic work expectations with impossible to meet deadlines. This causes lots of turn over because of burn out.
