Pros

Accenture jst brand name is tooo big!!!!!!! Other activities are good like team outing and team building activities... Some external trainings are quite good and lot of comm skills related trainings...

Cons

U need to be in managers good book to get promotion and appreciation.. A regional company with Opportunities for guys belonging to that region only...

- Able to work with projects with 'Great' names - Able to get into big companies - Work is sometimes non-technical / no skills needed - Able to network with great people from great companies

Cons

- No skills learned - Sometimes cannot make any preference for any projects - Not too technical - Some consultants are just plainly know nothing but very good in talking - Very LOW salary

it is a great company to work with and awesome work env with nice people around you all the time.

Cons

nothing atall is bad about this company. but does pay a bit less to the employee who is working all over the year as compared to new joinee
