      Pros

      It's a global company with opportunities to experiment and grow your capabilities. There are lots of diversity and good stewardship. It really depends which work group you work for. Consulting is the top but that involves lots of traveling. This can put work and life balance to the test if you are a new family. But then again, this company do provide lots of opportunities to move and transfer. There's approximately 177,000 employees and it's hard to find your way around. When applying for this company besure to select one of the better locations. Some are not as great as the ones in major metropolitan areas.

      Cons

      Too big and each tower operates independently of each other. Too much politics and alot of red tapes.

      Cons

      Long projects, requiring weekly travel. Business was shifting main focus to outsourcing. People within the PSC organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs.
