Pros

Great place to start a career. There are opportunities for quick advancement and the promotion and evaluation system is very fair and thorough.

Cons

The pay is a little on the low-end when compared to other implementation firms, and very low when compared to management consulting. You may also find yourself working on a single implementation project for two years. Employees at the firm are very young (even relative to other firms) and somewhat immature as a result. Work/Life balance may be possible on a case to case basis, but you also need to be willing to sacrifice a lot if you're staffed on an out of town project.

Pros

An opportunity to work with very talented colleagues in a wide range of areas. Good opportunities for a long term career within the firm. Very structured work processes and access to a global network of colleagues in the daily work; there is always an expert within the firm to be found in all fields.

Cons

The drawback of such a large firm is the sometimes annoying bureaucracy. The oay is a bit too low in comparison with the competition.
