Pros

Most of the people are very good. I would highly recommend Accenture as a place for someone starting right out of college, but I would recommend that experienced hires look elsewhere. The broad range of opportunities within the firm are second to none for developing a wide variety of professional experience.

Cons

It is not a place for experienced hires. The senior leadership all started and will finish their careers at Accenture and do not value the skills that are brought from the outside. Accenture typically pays at the bottom to middle of the scale for global consulting firms so don't expect to be fully valued for your experience.

Pros

Accenture is a great place for those who want to feel challenged every day. There is rarely a day where I am not pushed out of my comfort zone and learning something new. I feel like I have matured professionally at 3x the rate of my peers who are working in the corporate world.

Cons

If you don't like a changing environment or you don't like to travel, then Accenture is not the place for your.
