Pros

Great benefits, good people, clear career path. It's a huge company, but you can drive your own career. I've found great advocates and mentors who really care about my personal and professional wellbeing.

Cons

When the project gets behind, you know you'll have long hours. The pay isn't very competitive.

Pros

Structured entry level programs for consulting. Exposure with big clients and opportunity to move up and grow your career within a short time frame (Fresh graduate takes 5 years minimum to Manager level, 8 years minimum to Senior Manager - shorter if you are exceptional). Good meritocracy practice.

Cons

Not the best for people with families. A lot of them leave at consultant or manager level in view of work life balance. Difficult to obtain help if you don't ask - not within the Accenture's culture to observe others and help. However help is always there when you ask for it.
