Pros

Accenture makes a very good first experience for juniors, as it gives you a lot of structure and methods. It's a great way to start a career.

Cons

After a few years, you begin to feel the weight of the huge organization over the complexity of the processes, that makes you spend more time maneuvering through the administrative maze than actually doing your job.

Pros

Nothing, company offers big projects but zero team management spirit action or guidence. Consultants fight to get higher evaluations than their collegues.

Cons

Very bad behaviour from the management

Pros

Good training capabilities and learning/self-learning opportunities. Good team and community values. Good knowledge sharing. Good exposure to different industries.

Cons

Too hierarchical. Difficult to advance sometimes and you have to know the right people. Bonuses are too little compared to effort. Assignments not always interesting, not strategic enough to maintain bright minds alive.
