      Difficult to integrate the teams when joining as experienced professional

      Pros

      Good reputation of the company. People have access to nice projects from big customers. Young people within the company are well trained and providing good support.

      Cons

      Difficult to make a space when joining among the leadership group as people who have joined Accenture for ever are forming a very connected group and are not always open to change or new profiles.
