Pros

Career Goals - I was able to propell my career to the next level with my Data Architect certification Work life Balance - On the peak delivery time you might not, but generally you can manage to get a balance even in the punishing WFH scenario. Compensation - Salary would be 'almost' on par with Market standards. Gone are those days of Accenture offering exorbitant salaries. However, that said I have to mention that Accenture is trying to retain employees with a hike.

Cons

The focus on employee career objectives is lacking on the ground level. There is a lot of mismanagement from Accenture management at the project level. Compensation not re-adjusted with changing skill profile of an employee.
