Cannot recommend the logistics vp at all. Terrible human. Selfish and greedy, only out for himself with no respect for the team Company is not nimble. Outsourced IT, benefits, payables, receivables, and for awhile, customer service. This sends the message that your customers aren't important enough to maintain a relationship, and the data needed to drive decision making should be owned by an outsider. How can teams be proactive if they can't get data? How can they think ahead if management just cares about their bonus?

Worst employer I have ever worked for. Long hours, no OT or acknowledgment. Very clicky and immmature. Couldn’t wait to get out.
