Easy work Great and amazing Benefits If you were to do your bare minimum everyday and be seen and not heard, you'll go far.

Cons

No Accountability BAD leadership Clique based High contestation for authority among leadership and individuals VERY bad team work among project leads Procrastination on monumental goals Double-speak in meetings as if it was not transparent or verifiable that what was being said was incorrect or a dismissive response. HR is unprofessional, invasive, and toxic here under the guise of "employees first"
