The environment was less stressful than many of my peers described at their respective companies. There was also an annual profit sharing check right before Christmas! One of few companies to have 401K and Pension Plans.

Cons

Salaries were conservative in comparison to some other companies in industry.

The products the company produces are phenomenal. It takes a lot of time to get through many of the processes here.

Cons

Poor management. Leadership and processes change daily. Lack of recognition for accomplishments.

Excellent benefits with room to grow. Several different fields to grow into. Pay seems fair.

Cons

Too much required overtime. Not sure when you will have your next day off. Things are rarely consistant with their promotions.
