Pros

Great balance between work and personal/family life. Shutdown in December. Friendly coworkers. Lots of resources to help you do what you need to do. Well known company name. Easy to move internally within company.

Cons

Bureaucracy increases the amount of time required to get things finished. Lack of transparency with upper management decisions because of too many layers.

Pros

The salary is slightly better than similar industries,so are th welfare benefits. Get to interact with people from International divisions, which really gives a global perspective of your job

Cons

Senior management isn't the best, as can be seen from the host of start-up problems. The idea of emplacing a foreign plant manager may make sense in theory, but in practice, the nuances of dealing local employees are not understood.
