Good company with great CEO. New products in the pipeline as well and a great benefit package.

Cons

Sales figures for territories changes frequently and can be inaccurate. It is difficult to determine how your territory is doing.

The environment was very good and friendly considering it is such a large multinational corporation. The salary was also competitive

Cons

Expect you to work hard and cannot blame them considering the competitive salary level and what the company does on a day-to-day basis.

Good Benefits, entreprenurial spirit, work life balance mostly, stay out of underperforming areas and be cogniscient of WIC. They can't track effectiveness well. Probably moving to a DTC model or outsorcing of reps in the very near future

Cons

lack of understanding of the market. Senior leadership is clueless.
