Pros

Great start salary and benefits are included in the package. Also it gives incredible repsonsiblilty. Love the company for as a great pharma company.

Cons

Higher base and more advancement needed. Needs to be more competitive compared to Johnson and Johnson and other pharma companies.

Pros

The company wants to grow market share by acquiring other established businesses and technologies. That diversity helps the company withstand economic downturns. The company has a good system for personal growth and carreer growth. You are encouraged (but not required) to move to new positions every several years so that you can learn more about the business.

Cons

The company is very "political" and there is a strong emphasis on being "politically correct". That doesn't mean being liberal or conservative in your political views. It means the way you talk, the way you act, etc.
