Work with team of engineers to come up with the next discoveries. To save as many patients requiring stent. it's exciting field to save people's life. Less pain for patients since one of my close family suffered and died with complicate procedures.

Cons

Many rumours almost every month for the last several years about lay off which are very disturbing Due to the constant rumours, everyone around works very hard not to share knowledge or experience. No respect for other opinion. Promotions are not based on any talent but based on how close from higher up management.
