Pros

Very professionally run business unit. Mgmt team knows this space and what is required to get product to market in the shortest time. Highly competent and skillful workforce which is a pre-requisite to build this product.

Cons

Teamwork can be improved across all levels. Does appear to have the makings of a big company and loose its nimbleness if communication across groups is not improved. Need to loose the 'blame it on someone' attitude and focus on the issues that need to be resolved.

Some of the best reasons are its a great environment ot work, employees are very helpful, fun atmosphere, and there are a lot room to move up.

Cons

Its is a very small margin for error. The job security is not safe. Have to be willing to work a lot of hours.
