      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are good. Company is diversified and healthy financially contributing to overall strength. Abbott has a lot of talented and good people to work with.

      Cons

      New product pipeline in pharmaceuticals is not good, and communication from Senior Management is not good. While development is good, opportunities for growth and advancement are not. Sales reps and managers spend lots of time on paperwork as opposed to selling products. Additionally, Abbott is very regulated and discourages creativeness and innovation. Motivation & morale are low which has created an environment of mediocrity.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, entreprenurial spirit, work life balance mostly, stay out of underperforming areas and be cogniscient of WIC. They can't track effectiveness well. Probably moving to a DTC model or outsorcing of reps in the very near future

      Cons

      lack of understanding of the market. Senior leadership is clueless.

      Working with senior level and i am proud to work in this mnc company having utilise my skills in a right direction which made me a successful pharmaceutical professional in this department

      Associate not worthy to assist, and interview level very tough for a fresher and i am proud to work in this mnc company having utilise my skills in a right direction which made me a successful pharmaceutical professional in this department
