multi-national company good name to your collar good reputation in the market as we see performing well as per last year review in india and abroad

Cons

slow progress in rate as we see not much market strategy based ,,,, overlook of company on market growing is not similar in approach

- Salary offer is competitive - Flexi-time/hours - Work-life balance

Cons

- career growth and opportunities can be limited if one is not a Phd-holder - travelling and training opportunities are also limited to managerial positions - managers pay too much efforts to grow their own careers and politicking that the science part is neglected. Therefore pipeline is not fantastic! - cultural revolution/changes won't do much improvement because it is still the same monkeys in the same tree.
