Terrible service vehicles - Dodge Caravan Team has too much individualism - minding your own business Diagnostic instrument quality declining - highly serviced instruments - less time spent at home on weekenights

Pros

Location, if you already live in the Temecula Valley area. Easy commute from San Diego if you don't. Very competitive compensation and benefits, particularly for the area. Work/Life balance varies widely, depending on the department and manager you work for.

Cons

Senior management seems less caring than when this place was GDT. Everything is about metrics and dollars. Currently in downsizing mode. Three layoffs (300-500 people) so far in 2012. More might be coming. Doesn't seem willing to withstand short term losses for long-term gains.
