Interesting work, a lot of career oppertunitis, an option to relocation and golbal work. Abbott knows how to take care of its employees and offers a lot of different prizes and recognition for various achivments.

Cons

Work/Life balance doesn't exist in budget plannning times, there's a lot of repetitive work going on in the monthly reporting routine.
