Vascular division has good availability of resources and work life balance at Menlo Park facility is very good. You do have to complete tasks under tight deadlines but its time demands are cyclic.

Cons

I guess this goes for all big companies in health care space. There is a long paper trail that needs to go with all the design work, which can be frustrating at times.
