Offers many admitties like fitness center, on site daycare facility. Provides a safe work environment and keeps employees trained. Keeps employees informed of company accomplishments.

Cons

Tends to keep members of management restricted in the ablitiy to reprimand employees. Doesn't necessarily keep employees included in decisions that may effect their jobs.
