Pros

It is very transparent organization and has good healthy atmosphere for working. Mutual respect is very high for colleagues who work for Abbott.

Cons

The undue pressure for performance is very for the Indian employees. The newly hired bosses from other Companies or executives are spoiling the atmosphere in the Abbott which is a great organization. This should be stopped immediately or else nobody will be willing to join Abbott in India. It will loose its valued employees of this policy.
