Good compensation, benefits and products.

Cons

Long hours for employees and contractors are required to work extra hours without being paid for the time worked which is illegal. Employees afraid to push back otherwise they may lose their jobs. Lack of professionalism all around - you are never good enough. TA leadership is weak.

Great vacation plan, and stable company

Cons

lack of professionalism from first time manager, in our first huddle on her taking the role as manager she announced that she is going to favor my white counter part. got tired of her undermining ways and left within only 2 months under her. advertising on diversity and inclusion is a big eye wash.
