      Honestly, there were no pros.

      Cons

      The company had a massive culture of harrassment and discrimination. From the top down, the company did not take care of their employees and encouraged managers to harass and push employees who were deemed "weak." I know several past colleagues who sued the employer and their own lawyers referred to the company as "ruthless and vengeful." DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, BUY STOCK, OR THEIR PRODUCTS.

      Good health benefits, light work load.

      Cons

      I don't even know how to concisely share all the cons of this toxic environment. Just think of the worst place you've ever worked and multiple it by ten million! Culture is beyond horrible. Financial rewards are very focused on favoritism. If you come in from the outside, you will undoubtedly struggle! This group of people have no ability to forward think. They are very focused on "this is the way we have always done it." They spin a good story, but actions will not follow.
