      There are none, not one.

      Cons

      Bullying, corruption, money-grubbing, complete and utter disrespect, harassing, unappreciative, bad pay I don't have any good things to say about this company. Taking a job here was the worst decision I could have made in my career, and I strongly advise anyone against it. I am still dealing with aftermath of working here 8 months after I left. You'll be expected to work at least 1 weekend a month, grueling 18 hour days. The Fairfield plant is a complete mess with the worst safety record in all of Abbott. If you care about your life and body, stay away.

      Pros

      The culture at Abbott is to treat everyone (except contractors) with respect. Manufacturing is not outsourced and is done on site. Nice office area.

      Cons

      Contractors are not treated with respect and endure a hazing period of 1-2 years before they are brought on as a perm employee. They are not included in training of any new processes but are expected to integrate these new changes into their job.

      Great Benefits; Some of people good to work with.

      Was a closed network of Senior Management, almost a clique and if not one of their favorites, your career a nightmare
