Great benefits, but old school culture & can be difficult to advance

Pros

Benefits - health care coverage is amazing and free if you complete the health credit. They pay well and you will get great experience and work with extremely talented & smart people.

Cons

Culture is stuck in the past. Many old timers working there (30+ years experience) and lots of politics. I’ve found it difficult to advance despite getting excellent performance feedback and increasing job scope. They run a tight ship and need to constantly justify headcount.

Well established company. Elite product with good patient results. Superior waveform and non rechargeable IPG was advantageous for patients.

Cons

Management overall from President to Area Vice Presidents is atrocious and created a very toxic working environment. Large, corporate entity created many bottlenecks and difficulty getting problems with equipment addressed. Moving targets with compensation.
