The benefits and the money.

Cons

Lots of racism, sexism, and seniority. There's no discipline for the employees or the higher management when there's a problem. Call themselves a medical device company with the slogan, "Built as if intended for my family" and yet the people don't even care about the products. Abbott hires anyone and uses them. Also there's a lot rule bending as well coming from a big company. No one follows the policy.

There is no pros! Everything about this place is extremely horrible.

Cons

If you know someone and being a brown nose, they will recognize you, if not, don’t even bother trying! Not much more to say here. Just stay away!

good benefits compared to what I had at my last company.

Cons

incompetent planning/buying department. senior management is incredibly stubborn. sexism is extremely noticeable- women staff are overworked and get no recognition nor credit but that's every job.
