Modern building Guaranteed end of year bonus Good pension Work/life balance OK

Cons

Cliquey. Mid-level promotions due to personality/network rather than hardwork & expertise. Great deal employees have only ever worked at ADC, meaning they have very little outside experience to draw from. Difficult to get things changed even if systems are outdated and inefficient - I was often told "we've always done it this way" when offering solutions. Guaranteed bonus meaning hard work not rewarded. Salary poor in comparsion with other similar jobs.
