      Pros

      Good benefits. Friendly place to work. Lots of interesting projects. If your face fits you'll do well. Final salary pension

      Cons

      After proving time and again to be the most compliant site in the diagnostic devision. The senior management decided to close the Dartford site. The manufacturing was transferred to the US where the senior managers are based! Not a care given to all those who had done so much for them.

      Smooth transition to Abbotts daily business functions following purchase of St Jude Medical. Good company reputation. Positive outlook on future potential.

      Cons

      Interesting transition of job titles and salary levels with little to no explanation. Loss of two weeks of vacation from accrual rate earned from St Jude Medical.
