Pros

- Solid benefits and company culture - Really enjoyed working with most of the people there, super nice and always willing to help if you need it or to point you in the right direction

Cons

- Management is either really good or really bad and when it’s bad it’s miserable. This is not just my experience but has been voiced by several others I know who have worked there or still work there. - The only way to work your way up in the company is to move jobs - Have a tendency to set their salaries below market standard

Excellent place to work. Very ethical, quality-oriented employer with excellent rewards for those who deliver. A place where you can achieve your highest caliber work. *Note: My position was eliminated in the Abbott/AbbVie split in 2004. (There was not an option to list a last year of employment that far back. )

Cons

Very demanding culture that is extremely goal-oriented. Highest caliber of employees, but be prepared to compete and work long hours.
