Food, benefit, transport allowance and free flow coffee

Cons

Very chaos management with frequent change causing lots invalid work; Tiny matters trigger HR; No phone is allowed; No work guidance as all ppl are busy; Loud talking would be reported to HR for records; And few records talking aloud would raise the warning and PIP, which is the way to receive much more work and tight micro management. No job security even within 1 year!
