Indecisive management end up asking you to redo most of your work. They look for opportunities to knock you back as a way to control you or in other cases bully you. This creates a high degree of anxiety and dysfunctional behaviour. Worse, managers who aggressively manage their staff get promoted. The turnover of staff is high as a result of the toxic environment.
