Lots of opportunities to network and develop yourself, if you are willing. Programs and initiatives to volunteer and give back to the community.

Cons

Corporate politics, will hire diverse candidates over those with the actual skills and background, to fill a quota. Still very old school. Most leaders in the office 5 days a week and expect staff to do the same. Never enough resources.
