      Great flexible working but constant restructuring

      Pros

      Flexible working us great if you sit within the right team and have a good manager.

      Cons

      Constant change and restructuring impacts the trust and engagement of the employees. They also do not hold onto their talented employees which is a great shame...remuneration is much better externally.

      Pros

      Stable company with really good benefits and offers all the framework and infrastructure expected by a company of this size. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries not really competitive, there is a lot of talk about innovation but haven't seen much, there have been quite a few restructures over the recent years.
