Good benefits. Pmi . Discounts etc

Cons

Very slow working organisation. Slow to make change. The changes they do make arnt properly risk assessed and have often detrimental effects on the employees.

Company values are going downhill

Pros

Good pension and access to cheap private health insurance Push for progression

Cons

Has very much become a call centre A lot of micro-management Unfair shift schedules (some colleagues will work less weekends/late shifts but will still be paid the same as people who work them more)
