Pros

great advantages and benefits regarding salary and bonuses good internal communication good organisation of tasks Axa is an attractive group

Cons

lack of internal opportunities. AXA France employed many employees on temporary contracts which most of the time didn't end up with permanent Contract. and this is not due to employees work. I believe this is really due to French legislation and management in AXA France as I've know a better culture and condition in other AXA branches outside France.
