Pros

Longer maternity leave than other companies, an international work environment with a friendly atmosphere, employees submit high quality work which makes the job easier and is a motivation to produce quality work yourself.

Cons

Few opportunities for job advancement other than promotions within own perimeter. This is department specific. But on the other hand, many opportunities for training.

Great work culture (although it can vary depending on the department), good opportunities for training as well as benefits

Cons

The company is so large that it tends to focus too much on itself.
