Pros

- Free Lunches (which at first included free dessert and drinks but later was reduced to just one meal and paid drinks) - Incredibly central meaning commuting is easy - Had free yoga for staff for a few weeks

Cons

- Online training contradicted actual processes in office - Work-from-home equipment didn’t work meaning I had to work in office full time despite multiple IT tickets being reported over a 6 month period and the contract being hybrid - They didn’t even know we would be coming into the office on our first day and nobody actually told us what time to come in or where to go - Clique-type working environment with management having clear favourites and openly discussing not liking certain employees - Hired and trained new staff and made the entire department redundant within less than 6 months
