Pros

- Very good pension benefits. - Good place for career in management. - Based on the location where I worked, the pay is reasonably fine. - Flexible working hours.

Cons

- Extreme bureaucracy. - People who value high quality software development and adopt modern technologies, this is definitely not a place. - Working with their Managed Services (external contractor company) are very difficult, frustrating and stressful.
