None whatsoever. You will ruin your life working in this company

Management has no ethics Grievances are not addressed Company policies are not implemented, they are just for show HR plans your harassment and the management systematically bullies you with the blessings from France Plays favourites and discriminates against employees under the pretext of 'organizational discretion'

- sizeable company that offers opportunity to develop organizational skills with lots of internal stakeholders - offer one-day working from home

Cons

- long working hours - local exposure, no regional exposure - too many layers and hierarchy, causes confusion on the job deliverables
