Pros

Good work / life balance. Flexible working hours. Good pension and bonus scheme. Easy-going management that trust you to manage your own time and work load without micro managing. Ability to obtain interest free loan to purchase company shares, with repayments coming out of your wage. An easy way to invest in the company. Regular office activities such as raffles, parties, free food, cake sales etc.

Cons

Great company to work for, with good management and a lot of benefits. However, the salary doesn't always reflect the level of responsibility for the role and could be improved to match external competitors.
