Pros

It was a new branch and energetic team. Therefore I enjoyed freedom of decision making.

Cons

In a span of 14 months I had 3 new boss and every time a new boss came people need to start for zero.

Pros

decent salary & perks, infrastructure provided by the company is impressive. trainings are comprehensive

Cons

Not innovative or bold at all with their products which are always slow in catching up with products of rival companies. locations are far too scattered and few. there seems to be no study done on viability of branches. some branches are over equipped with unnecessary infrastructural inputs which put an overburden on the cost-profit ratio. I solely blame the management for these wasteful expenses due to which so many branches had to be closed although they had good potential for business. They lack practicality which has pull them two steps behind for every forward step they took. The sense of security and belonging was absent (at least in my case)
