      Pros

      Collegues are really good teamworkers! Challenging environment with wide opportunites to learn something new.

      Cons

      Very strictly tied to the mother company, this leads to constant fights regarding IT strategy. These times are difficult for insurance companies here in Hungary, such as AXA. Expense optimalizations are ongoing, projects were cut down, etc. Morale is quite low.
