Pros

A lot of international collaboration because of the regional setup which also leads to a lot of regional / global large scale projects (good opportunity). The collaboration across the world is a good multi-cultural experience (eventhough it is sometimes difficult). Very good working spirit amongst the employees. And good career opportunities since internal movement is encouraged, also international opportunities arise for those interested.

Cons

International Matrix Organisation makes things difficult to execute sometimes and also the information flow in this internationl context is difficult (language differences doesn't make it easier). Sometimes takes very long until relevant decisions are taken by the management and room for improvement in terms of communication the decisions taken. Global collaboration tools are lacking.

Pros

Solid company, with great products and good people.

Cons

Be prepared to learn by lots of trial and error. Not the best introductory place to learn or develop the necessary skills needed for the industry. Definitely need work on what they do for their new employees. Basically "welcome to the company, now get out there".
