Pros

Individual contributors are mostly nice and friendly. Good company benefits especially health care benefits.

Cons

Lack of consistent strategic directions for the long and medium terms. Lack of efficient processes and silo behaviors among each domain teams. In-balance workload shared across different teams with some that are working full-on constantly and some doing nothing on a regular basis.
