Pros

Great people. Smart, respectful individuals with a passion for the business. Strong sense of responsibility and duty towards their clients. Interesting research and product development being conducted. Rebuild of the business is building momentum. CEO is the strongest the company has ever had. Good benefits.

Cons

Needs innovation. Technology vision is not very strong. Difficult to get promoted.

The people are great, because we're all in the same boat. We all hate our jobs, so there's plenty of people to sympathize with.

Cons

Not organized. No one ever knew what they were doing, and there was no one to turn to when you needed clear direction.
